TO THE FRONT PŌNEKE 2026

Taking place at Massey University, College of Creative Arts Wellingtonfrom Sunday 5th July – Thursday 9th July, To The Front is open to youth aged 12-18 who identify as women, intersex, trans, takatāpui, queer or gender-diverse. Participants will learn to play instruments, form bands, write original songs, and perform in a showcase, all under the guidance of local musicians, artists and mentors. In addition to band practices and instrument lessons, they’ll participate in hands on creative workshops, while enjoying afternoon performances from local artists. 

PATHWAYS PROGRAMME

We are proud  of the returning Pathways Programme for youth aged 16-19 who have participated in our programmes over the past 7 years. During the week, youth will develop leadership skills and participate in specially curated  activities, learning about various aspects of the music industry!
